At Zojirushi Online Store, we stand by the quality of our home appliances and vacuum-insulated products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused product in its original box with all included manuals and accessories to ensure safe transit back to our facility.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Securely attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are completely covered or removed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
